Library Mail Services
The library offers the following Email services:
Overdue Notices ： If you have items overdue, the library sends reminder mails once a week.
Library Notices ： The library sends notification Emails about information concerning the library such as temporary closing.
To request the services, please register your Email address for each of them separately online.
If library materials are not returned by the due date, borrowing privileges will be suspended until all overdue materials are returned and the suspension lasts for days period as same as overdue days.
With the Overdue notification emails, we try to prevent a long overdue of return date which may result in a suspension of lending service.
Overdue notices will be sent from the lending library branch every Monday at 9:00 AM.
If the borrowed book is delivered from another library branch, the overdue notifice will be sent from the lending(delivered) branch.
How to register Email address

You can also login at OPAC page and Library homepage.
長大ID = Chodai ID is “aa＋staffID” or “bb＋studentID”.
Select “Modify User Information” on the online services screen.
Fill the field of E-MAIL ADDRESS-2 with the your email address. Then click the button “Contents Change of Registration”.
How to Change Email address
Fill out the field of E-MAIL ADDRESS-2 with the new Email address, then click the button “Contents Change of Registration”.
How to Cancel registration
In case you do not want to receive overdue notices, delete your Email address from the E-MAIL ADDRESS field, and click the button “Contents Change of Registration”.
