Using the Central Library for classes

Nagasaki University faculty members may reserve and use the following facilities at the Central Library for their classes and seminars.

How to Reserve

Group Study Room

You can reserve a individual study room through the Online Service ”MyLibrary”. (Click here for detail ※JPN Only)

*Please make a reservation at the service desk on the day of use only.

  1. Login to “MyLibrary” with your Chodai ID & password.
  2. Click “予約する” under “施設予約” in the left menu.
  3. Select Facilities, the date and time range you wish to reserve, and enter your contact information, number of people, and other necessary information.
  4. Confirm the reservation details and click “依頼する” to complete the reservation.
  1. You may reserve a group study room up to 1 month in advance.
  2. Only one reservation per group per day
  3. If you do not show up 10 minutes after the start time, the reservation will be cancelled.

Multi-purpose Room & Media Room

We accept applications by E-mail and telephone. Please apply at least two weeks prior to the date of use to the contact below.
